By filling out this form, you are helping the Electronic Music Defense and Education Fund (EM:DEF), the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and Drug Policy Alliance (DPA), collect much needed data about the profiling of electronic music by law enforcement.  Please be assured that all personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential on request. 

If you are being charged, indicted, or sued, in criminal or civil court, you should seek legal council from a qualified attorney licensed to practice law in your state.

We cannot promise you that the information you provide will lead to any specific action by EM:DEF, the ACLU, or DPA. 

You may receive a request from EM:DEF, the ACLU (including one of its state affiliates), and/or the DPA to use the information you have provided for one or more of the following purposes: (1) legislative testimony; (2) litigation; or (3) telling your story to the media.
